Return & Exchange Policy

At Blazetrea, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that if the fit isn't perfect, we are here to help. We offer a 30-day return and exchange window designed to be as smooth as possible.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition (trying them on indoors is absolutely fine).
Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Note: Items that appear worn, damaged, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Start a Request

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at blazetrea@vipservice.vip.
Include your Order Number and the reason for the return/exchange.
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and send you detailed shipping instructions.

Please do not send items back to the return address on the package without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, manufacturing defect), Blazetrea will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
Standard Returns: For change of mind or sizing issues, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
